The th-ing about dress-ing for someone else's wedd-ing!
Dressing up for a wedding doesn't have to be stressful at all. If you can spend just a little time and crack a few options, the process can be quite fun & exciting!
“I have always liked the concept of Indian textiles - be it prints, patterns, weaves that have been tailored to a western silhouette. Western clothing is well-tailored and low maintenance to wear. What is brilliant is an adoption of traditional Indian colour and fabric in Western wear.”
Designers offer an array of styles and options to suit nearly every age group. Changing, adapting and revolutionising Indian attire can be quite tricky. I can't say that I'm a huge fan of the many versions of the sari we see now.
My personal favourite
Payal's brocade styles come in signature western silhouettes, like the classic white shirt, the perfect jacket, fabulous cigarette pants and by far the best-fitting skirts in the fashion scene today! With a bold use of colour and zero use of embroidery, Payal stays rooted to a vivid Indian colour palette and steers clear from being too flashy.
